MBA，即工商管理硕士(Master of Business Administration，MBA)，正确的说应是企业管理在职硕士专精班，但目前泛指在职硕士进修教育。在商业界普遍被认为是晋升管理阶层的敲门砖，现时不少世界知名的大学皆设立商学院，提供相关课程给职场人士进修。按照修课模式暨授课内容，大致可以分为四种模式：全职进修、在职进修、高阶主管班(EMBA，Executive Master of Business Administration)或远程教学。
