　　Visiting Assistant Professor of Biology

　　Centre College invites applications for a two-year position in biology at the rank of Visiting Assistant Professor to start in August 2015. We are looking for a vertebrate morphologist or physiologist, who can teach vertebrate morphology and its associated lab. The successful candidate would also contribute to teaching introductory biology, vertebrate physiology, and senior seminar. Other teaching opportunities include first-year studies courses and additional classes in the candidate’s area of interest. The successful applicant will have a Ph.D. in the biological sciences or related field and must demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching and scholarship at a nationally-ranked liberal arts college. Collaborative research with undergraduates is encouraged and supported.
